Refunds
If you were charged in error, experienced duplicate/unauthorized billing, or cannot use the service due to a verified technical issue, contact us within 14 days of the charge.
We review refunds case-by-case. Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal method.
Unless required by law, we do not pro-rate unused time after cancellation (access remains active until the end of the paid term).
Price changes
We may update prices. Changes apply to the next billing cycle and we’ll provide advance notice to the payer email on file.
Taxes, currency & receipts
Applicable taxes may be added by PayPal at checkout based on your location.
Charges are processed in the currency shown at checkout; your bank may apply conversion fees.
Receipts are issued by PayPal; email us if you need a copy for records.
Disputes & chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve billing issues quickly. If you open a PayPal dispute or chargeback, access may be paused while the dispute is investigated.
Data after cancellation
Local data (Diary, Tasks, Schedule, AI chat history) stays on the device until you remove it.
Server-side account/link records related to billing are retained as required for compliance and accounting. To remove your BackPack account and server data, submit a request here: Delete account.
