Parents & billing
- BackPack has no in-app purchases. All payments are completed by a parent/guardian via our website (PayPal).
- Billing issues: email support.backpack@icloud.com from the payer email.
Data & privacy
- Local data (Diary, Tasks, Schedule, AI chat history) stays on the device until you remove it.
- Account deletion or server-side data removal: use Delete account.
